Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for our real estate group based in Sandy, Utah called "Marchant Real Estate Group". We would like to see something that represents authenticity, class, and professionalism. We like designs that are more creative than adding a roof on the top of our name. We are looking for something that is geared toward residential, NOT commercial. This logo design will be used on our "for sale" and "open house" signs, building sign, and all of our marketing. We would like it to be able to easily overlay over a variety of different background.

- We are open to a logo with some sort of a abstract logo/symbol that pairs well and represents our actual logo so we can use either or on our marketing.
Should not have
- Our logo now, (uploaded) is hard to place on any background besides white. We want something that can be place on any number of surfaces and look classy. For instance, the watermark in the background of our logo now, puts many restrictions on our marketing.
