Logo Design Brief

A 26 year old company need a New Updated Cool looking Logo.Please Help!
Our company name is MINT HOMES .We specialize in Custom Home Building.We rely on our Yard signs and Truck signs to do most of our selling.The signs are 32"wide by 24" high.
And the fleet of Trucks are White -One Tonne Crew cabs.
The clothing-Jackets,T-shirts and Hats are all Black.
We want the signs to be noticed and Read easily from a Distance.
Like the colours Green and The Dark Grey.
Do not like the Roof Designs on many Home Builder Logos.
Company name "Mint Homes" must be incorporated and be most prominent.
Also "Your Custom Home Builder"could also be incorporated-if it fits.

Target Market(s)

Any one who can afford a home -all price ranges.
Most customers are 35-55 years old
