This logo is for real estate company named "The Premier MD Homes Group" (MD is the abbeviation for the state of Maryland. Our company focuses on premium service to our clients and luxury properties. The logo should incorporate some type of design or logo to include the name of the company while also easily identifying the type of company and the luxury audience it targets. It should also contain the attached "Remax Preferred" logo on the side or below it, with the word "of" separating the two logos

Requirements

Must have

• A modern look combining the name with a real estate oriented logo. It must also say "of Re/Max Preferred(logo attached)" with the attached logo which should go on the right hand side of the new logo and name designed.

Nice to have

• Open to any ideas incorporating the logo, luxury, modern, real estate. The word "Group" should be smaller than the rest. The possibility of the Maryland Flag somewhere possibly as a faint background image?

Should not have

• Too many colors or too distracting. Should be simple and easy to identify what the name and logo represents. I have attached an old logo which you could try to make more modern, nicer font, and change into "The Premier MD Homes Group"
