Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new company based in Brussels in Belgium. TARASANA is a design engineering firm specialized in high energy performance projects. The project aims to contribute to the preservation of our planet by minimizing the energy and environmental footprint of real estate projects. Our business integrates in particular the design of systems of production of renewable energies (photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind ...). As a founder I am of Breton origin and would appreciate a wink to my native region in my logo (Triskell in a wind turbine?). Color code side I would like a black and white design (Brittany) with a touch of blue or green. However, the other proposals are welcome.
