Name of Business: Wandering Cloud Qigong


What is qigong:
Qigong - “a wholistic system of self-healing exercise and meditation, an ancient, evolving practice that includes healing posture, movement, self-massage, breathing techniques and meditation."
Sports Qigong - creating more stamina and power, and preventing or lessening injuries.

(In ancient China there were great poets / sages / healers / philosophers who travelled pilgrim-like to share their good with the people. This was called Cloud Wandering.
This business is about empowering people to cultivate and develop their qi (life-energy) for better health and wellness. It is about self-awareness and being able to do what you do, but with added zest and vitality.



Focus:
Health - teaching individuals qigong for health, wellness and vitality.
Healing - using external qi healing to balance out energy flow and help people return to a state of harmony - physically, emotionally and energetically.
Sports - using the techniques of qigong (and tai chi) to enhance performance in athletes through internal energetic exercises.
