Logo design project for an open source project

At the OS Foundry, we are looking for a new unique logo design for promoting our free-open-source projects. Though we initially like the concept of gears and the infinity symbol, we are looking for unique and colorful logo designs. Areas and ideas can come from (IoT, the internet of things), Cloud computing, Linux, opensource software, etc. As a foundry, we take many inputs and produce a project, so the word foundry is core to our organization.

Infinity symbol, gears, melting pot / forge, cloud are all images that could easily fit into our identity.

• We like the use of the infinity symbol and product gears. Anything around "foundry" works out well. the project will support an open source software project where we provide free software to the world.
