Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a clean simple design for our Rig/Oil derrick engineering firm that includes a rig or oil derrick in the logo/name. We want the colors to be bold- red and/or blue with maybe gray or black (open to suggestions). We liked the logo at http://www.derricksl.com/index.aspx but of course want our own style. The company is called Guice Engineering Inc. The company does business nationally but future plans to go offshore.
