Logo Design Brief

I have just purchased a private practice optometry office in small but vibrant town in South Carolina. The current name of the practice is Advanced Family Eye Care, but I am changing it to better reflect the community it serves. It is a customer service oriented practice with focus on high quality patient care and fashionable eye glasses. I imagine the logo strongly incorporating "Blythewood" with Carolina blue/baby blue and light and or steel gray. I do also want to use this logo in all aspects of print for business cards, stationary, website, etc. I am attaching some unique ideas I have found that catch my eye.
I am drawn to the Pantone color Crystal Blue.
