Logo Design Brief

I Would like a logo with 2 cartoonish cats with tools on hand and the words '' chimney cap cats'' i am making a division of my business that specialized in chimney cap. installation and design.cats should look young and not old or fat. would like them to be black and white. but i am open to any ideas. a smoking chimney in back ground i think would look good but don't know if a picture of a actual chimney cap would be better. i added pics of both.
