Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our grass-fed beef and lamb farm. The logo will be put on our website, T-shirts, hats, can huggies, etc. Our webite is goodlifegrassfarms.com to give you a good idea what we are about. Attached is an example of what I am thinking for the logo. It is a sun half way up over a horizon, with the outline of a sheep and a cow eating grass. I would like the sun to have rays coming off of it and would like the cow and sheep to have their heads down, eating the grass. Other than that, just want it to have a modern look and looks good in black and white, as well as the colors green, yellow, black, and maybe blue.
