On what color t-shirt will design be placed? You will screen print it? Do you have limit for colors?

I am planning on screen printing on neon orange or neon yellow/green. I do not have a limit on colors but and interested in a creative but easily readable design. I will need to use these for both advertising and working in. Thank you.

No my company does not have a logo yet. This project is for both a logo and tshirt design.
