Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a sticker to put on our hard hats for our company, Team Elmer's www.teamelmers.com.
The design will be a sticker (1.5" x 1.5") that our employees can display on a hard hat on the job site. Prefer circle, but open to other options if design is right. Logo file is included, but not necessary. Work must be provided in Illustrator file with layers separated. Prefer sans serif font.
