Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company, Wit & Mettle Meads. We have reinvented an “old world” alcoholic beverage into a modern-day brew. Our Mead is made from 100% raw honey, yet it isn’t sweet. The ABV ranges from 9 – 21% ABV, so it has a kick. We are marketing this product in the craft beer sector.

We are looking for an industrial, yet modern look. Words that describe our company/product are: strength, raw (We only use raw American Honey), and Responsible (We only use honey sourced from sustainable farming practices in order to help stop the Colony Collapse Disorder). We are a Veteran owned company, so patriotism is important, but doesn’t necessarily have to be in our logo. We would like to stay away from ALL 'cutesy' designs. I’m open to logos with our name, with just a letter/s, or with no text at all.
