Flyer Design Brief

We need a design for an event that my organization (a nonprofit) is hosting with academic experts, to address government negotiators who are taking part in the 19th round of negotiations of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). Unfortunately we don't have the exact details yet such as who the speakers are, what date the meeting is, or even what location it is, other than that it will be in Hyderabad, India. So you will need to make a design with placeholder values that we can swap out later. Here is some information about RCEP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regional_Comprehensive_Economic_Partnership. The event will be called: "An Expert Roundtable on Electronic Commerce and RCEP". I'm attaching some similar fliers for previous events.
