We need a new logo design for our Edmonton, Alberta based commercial cleaning company called Scollard Maintenance Limited. We have been in business for 50 years, and have a great customer service reputation. We are working to re-brand our image and part of that is a simple and modern logo. We provide full service office and industrial cleaning and basic building maintenance services, with a focus on being a 'silent partner' for our clients, allowing them to focus on their core business services. We are committed to the highest safety standards and industry best practices for productivity. We also employ environmentally friendly products in all our locations, so the logo may be able to draw on that.
We would like a pictorial / text combination logo. I have attached our current out-dated logos, the logo from Total Lubricants, which we like as inspiration for a new logo, both the picture and font, as well as the Strathcona County logo, the colours of which we feel speak to clean and green.

Requirements
Must have
- Ideally we're looking for something simple and modern, using mostly primary colors.
Nice to have
- The company was incorporated in 1963, so if it fits, we could have 'Est'd in 1963' or 'Since 1963' as part of a logo.
- Our current logo does not say anything about our industry, which is ok. However if the pictorial can somehow depict cleaning, that could be worthwhile.
- Maybe blue & orange as base colors.
- One of our themes is 360 degrees of clean, thus why we somewhat like the Total Lubricants logo of a circle and arrows maybe...
- If our current 'S' logo that looks like a building could be modernized, we may be open to using it.
- A simple geometric logo or basic design graphic would be great.
