Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a dope, modern, eye catching logo design for my company SmartPark Inc. The company is in the heart of Honolulu, Hawaii and provides 24 hr parking service in parking garages and surface lots to locals, tourists, shoppers, diners, and clubbers. Our mission is driven to park... safer, swifter, smarter! The company uses the most current technological systems the industry has to offer and I would like the logo to portray that. The logo may include but is not limited to a car, light bulb, street/road, parking space, grad cap etc these are the things that first pop in my mind when I hear the name but please feel free to use any variations or come up with whatever design you feel will match the company. You have free reign to use your creativity as you wish! Attached are some other parking company logos I found online and also one that a friend drafted for me.
