Logo Design Brief

I’m looking for a logo to brand a new corporation (Secure Spark) that will act as an umbrella to smaller companies within. The idea I’m looking for is to have a main logo created that will carry through each subsidiary company.
The first business to join the corporation will be electrical (Secure Spark Electric.. I want the logo to be recognizable right away and known as being part of the same corporation
For instance using the corporate logo, the electrical business logo will retain the corporation logo, with some added features. Thus making distinguishable as an electrical business/logo, all while being recognized as part of the corporation. In the future the same effect/idea with be carried out through for plumbing, drywall, etc. companies.
Therefore I am looking to have two logos, a corporate logo and an electrical logo (based off the corporate logo), created.
