1. Do you want the buying to be done on the site itself ? Should the site have ecommerce or will transactions be done later off the website?

In response to your question #1 - buying and selling of land will be conducted off the website.
It will have e-commerce, some transactions will be done on the website like subscription, set up and advertisement fees.

We do not presently have a logo, but you can design one as the logo will be awarded to the winner to design upon completion of the website. In relation to images, we would like Caribbean and tropical pictures of land and sea views and any creative ideas. We are working on the content and will send you a draft tomorrow

I appreciate your response. As per our understanding, their would be two registration modules. One would be for the seller and one would be for the buyer.
Then there would be a module that would be used to pay incentive to the buyers.
One module would be created to charge success fee from your sellers.
There would be a searching module created so that buyers could search directly from there.
One module would be required to charge the other services providers.

These are the dynamic modules. Alot of other things are included as well.
