Logo Design Brief

Area of ​​activity: - Real estate developer (purchase of very large land, construction of infrastructure and resale of land to builders) - Real estate development consultant service (same as previously except on behalf of a land owner) Client : - Land owner (former real estate developer who wants to retire or semi-retirement) - Builder / Contractor (for sale of land for construction) - So no public in general. Just promoters and entrepreneurs So everything I sell (my services) is based on trust (I manage the land and money of others) and efficiency. For these reasons, I want a simple logo (minimalist), modern, young, dynamic and professional (in the sense of a professional firm: lawyer firm for example). PEAK often refers to a mountain top. While searching the web, I did not see anything that really turned me on for logos of mountains and I really do not care. To be honest, this is to be avoided. I would like a logo more unique than a mountain! I have the domain name peakdev.ca. I did not do anything with it at that time.
