Logo Design Brief

We are a new company.
Name of Company is - Tradebrands NZ Ltd
We have set up our business as a local distributor to represent international brands in homewares, housewares and luggage. We are actually the distributor for Samsonite luggage (who own a number of additional brands globally). I would like it to look classy to reflect quality brands we wish to represent and will include other international brands such as Brabantia, Umbra, Joie, all in homewares, housewares category.

It is OK to leave off the NZ (New Zealand) or Ltd and look at just logo on Tradebrands. I do like capitalizing the B - so TradeBrands.
I am not the creative though - I want something that looks good.
