Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for an existing consulting business called Sea to Sky Business Solutions. Sea to Sky refers to the local area that our office can be found in - but currently our client base spans the west coast of Canada and the US. Our services include
- business modelling, ROI's, Financial analysis for Business Planning, etc
- Business Process Analysis
- Strategic facilitation
- Workshops
We would like to see designs that use different shades of blue/teal. The design should not emphasize the company name. We would like the design to communicate trust, confidence, flexibility, excellence and good listening skills to ensure the client's needs are met. Because we work with both small and large companies it is important for the logo to be sophisticated enough to present to a large organization, but not off putting to the owner of a small business or someone just trying to get their business off the ground. We prefer some sort of abstract type design. This logo would feature on business cards and would be used as a basis to refresh our website as well. I've included a sample of something that my team came up with that we like

Requirements

Must have

• Simplicity, clean looking; would like the logo itself to look good without the name of the company as well

Nice to have

• I would love to incorporate some themes around water or waves but in a very subtle way (since the business has nothing to do with water)

Should not have

• the colour pink, be super busy looking or too many different colour combinations - I prefer abstract type logos rather than a picture of something. I do not want the logo to look stuffy or old fashioned at all.
