I am looking for a business logo for my new career consultancy business. My business will involve working with people who need advice, guidance, motivation and support to decide what career they want to pursue, change career, get a new job or develop themselves.
Services provided will be face-to-face (Melbourne based), phone and web-based internationally.
The name 'Cultivate Careers' was chosen because I am strongly passionate about helping people grow in their career and to find a career that they truly love and are most suited to, therefore they should 'flourish' in their chosen profession.
The final design should communicate a sophisticated and professional look with elements of new life / growth throughout, ie. neutrals with hints of colour, I would like to see green in the final design but not too much on the heavy plant / harvesting / brown and green type of logo design that is often associated with the word 'cultivate'.
Often when seeking help with their career an individual can be hesitant or self conscious to ask for assistance so it is important the logo represents a feeling that is warm, inviting and fresh.
Target Market(s)
Primarily career changers - for example students (aged 15-19), return to work mums (aged 30-40), mid-life career changers (aged 40's)
