Logo Design Brief

We are a young company who manages houses for rent in Ibiza and other touristic spots in Spain.
We need a clear design, simple and elegant. Nothing "obvious" like a real state logo. We need something global and clear. The 2 words "Dalt Vila" or "DV" must appear and the word"inversiones" can be used or not, but if you put it on the logo it must be small.
The final design should communicate safety and something very actual for our clients.
