Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that encourages property sellers and landlords to sell / let their property with us and we also need to portray, integrity, professionalism but with a modern theme. We are an online estate agency so this is a relatively new concept which offers a low cost alternative to high street estate agents so this should also be taken into consideration in the design. Even though we will offer a low cost service to customers we also need to portray professionalism, integrity and a modern / fresh theme.

Please read all text: Not sure of a name yet but open to ideas! Associating the name with a colour would be a good idea maybe e.g. a competitor is called "Purple Bricks" There are a number of potential names which we are considering. These are Quirico, Property365, eProperty,Eureka!

• A visual graphic which is easily recognisable. There should be wording with the graphic. Preferable if the graphic if developed for a white backround. The design should be clever in terms of portraying an online property portal and what we do i.e. sell property
