Logo Design Brief

Hi experts - I am a fresh freelancer and looking for a great and creative logo for my new business. As i am not a typical coach, but more a person who wants to create change, it has to be more sensitive than business like. Still should express professionalism. Also passion as i stand for social impact change - not pure business impact. I want to set up Corporate Social Responsibility Departments and do Changemanagement.. Be creative please! I am open for everything, which has to do with my name and the purpose I do have. Creating change, passion, social impact, executive coach, I prefer a symbol though. PLEASE DON"T FOCUS TOO MUCH ON THE WORD CONSULTING. Please be less business like, but more personal, creative!
