Logo Design Brief

This logo should represent a real estate agent who has a strong online presence (social media, websites, blogs, online connections, etc.) with an easily recognisable professional brand. I want to convey professionalism, but creativity.

I'm a local, small town girl - a working young mom in a small but up and coming city, so I would like it to represent the best of both worlds -
small city charm, a warm brand, but global, connected, online.
An example might be a house with a tree, connected to a keyboard? Somehow I want a homey-feel, but with an online connection.
My name is Jessica Hill and I am a Real Estate Sales Representative. My name and title could be incorporated, but a recognisable graphic logo that can be used with or without my name is preferred.

Requirements

Must have

• The winning logo will be clean, not fussy, no tiny details, scale-able and should be obviously for a real estate agent. (eg: has a house, or key or something that definitely says home sales)

Nice to have

• My brokerage (employer) logo will go along side this logo on most marketing mediums. My brokerage logo colours are black and bright yellow. I do not want a strong presence of yellow, but it should work along side cohesively. I prefer medium shades of colour especially blues and greens, a natural feel. We are a very environmentally focused small city (Peterborough, Ontario Canada) surrounded by lakes and rivers.

Should not have

• I'm not satisfied with a logo of a roof pitch and my name - boring. I do not want my initials used either. Overdone.
• Overly scripty fonts if used for my name are a big no - has to be read quickly and easily from a moving car on a lawn sign.
• I may use the logo as a watermark on my listing photos so a simple scaleable design is a must. Too much detail might not appear on a business card.
