Logo Design Brief
We help sellers start more conversations with potential buyers -- using words. Most sellers push information about products to buyers. This is not effective. Instead, we teach sellers a methodology to pull -- sparking curiosity in customers. This helps potential buyers who ARE interested (in discussing a solution to their problem) ask the seller for a conversation. Not to talk about buying. Rather, to talk about the problem to be solved (that may ultimately lead to their buying a solution).
In simple terms: We help sellers start conversations with potential buyers more effectively by modifying how they communicate.
We call the communications technique "Spark Selling." Because customers tell us what we teach is a "way to spark curiosity in my potential customers." These are our customers' words.
Thus, we are launching a Web site and big marketing push using this term.
We would love a logo that communicates "a better way to spark conversations w/ buyers -- faster, easier." Is that realistic? Not sure. See below for the "must haves."
What we teach is (in essence) a better (easier, effective) way to provoke discussions with potential customers -- using email, social and voicemail (digital).
Words.
We have used maroon/deep red color on our Web site successfully and would like to stay with this color. Optional additional color: Gold.

Requirements
Must have
- Clean look... not too busy. Simple. Elegant. What we teach (sell) is "brief, blunt, basic" as a means to be more successful. Thus, our graphical look should be simple yet bold.
Nice to have
- Sure, you could play on the "spark" with a spark-like image.
Should not have
- I don't want to restrict you :)
