Menu Design Brief

We are working on a togo menu which will be hand our to our customer. It will be printed on a 11x17 tri-fold paper. So there will be 2 pages and 4 columns. I have a layout in my mine, but you can change it if you have better idea. My restaurant is called Chamber Red Chinese Bistro. I will like the theme color in Red which color to burgundy, with black and white.
