Logo Design Brief

I am a plastic surgeon looking to create my own logo and brand. I'm in the process of building a website but I'm looking for an attractive, high end, and stylish logo.
The logo should reflect the artistry of plastic surgery. A plastic surgery operation is a piece of art that is tailor-made to each individual patient.

I imagine my logo to include an elegant stylish artistic hand signature of my name and a logo of my initials. My motto is "Because You're Unique".
