Logo Design Brief

Our company specializes in real estate and development. I would like our icon/logo to embody two letter H's and resemble a home or something real estate oriented in them, feel free to be creative. I would like the "Hardwick Homes" portion of the logo to be underneath the HH icon/logo and to look elegant and professional (im not against cursive as long as it legible). I like the colors Gold,Silver,Black and White. Use them in any combination you see fit, whatever looks more professional i am good with.
