Logo Design Brief

Hello! We're in need of a logo designed for a company in Virginia called "German & James, LLC". We build high-end, custom homes that excel in design and detail. We don't work off of a home template or model home, instead, work with buyers to help them design their own home from the ground up by mapping out features they most desire and applying that to a floor plan they've always dreamed of having. Attached are a few photos of our latest project. We are an innovative company with a fresh, new mindset when it comes to helping people reach these goals.

While we of course sample all colors, we often use grays and blues in our homes which would be great to see in the logo. The goal is to make the logo feel as solid, new, and clean as our builds.
