This sounds like a fun project and I hate to turn it down. Please consider guaranteeing the project. I think you'll find a much better group of designers will take on the task if they're certain of a payment for the best design.

I truly appreciate you considering me to do your mascot, and i can get that done for you. Could you raise the price to $200 please, because it is so much more work and effort to make the character in different poses, considering also that Design Crowd takes %15 off of what you're paying the designer i.e. %15 off of your $140 plus PayPal fees, government fees, bank fees etc. Your response and consideration would be much appreciated, Thanks you kindly in advance.

Thanks for your feedback. I used Design Crowd about a year ago but I couldn't remember the breakdown of all the expenses that come off the top. I will raise the price to $200.
