Logo Design Brief

I have tried to design my own before but its not that elegant I really want to get and I'm lack of ideas. I want a simple, professional, clean and elegant design. I just need it on single color in Black or While or Grey. But if you think there is a lighting point to use a specific color on top like blue, yellow or red is fine too. This is a professional culinary school for everyone as leisure learning. Will do professional demo as well.
