we need a functional wordpress template for a review site.

This site will work predominantly for consumers wishing to make a comment on services.

This is a new site, and will be launched through social media.

The design should communicate a feeling of trust and where they can tell their feelings to the world. It should be one that looks professional and not like a gossip site, but also needs to have elements of colour and fun to keep Gen Y interested.
