Logo Design Brief

I'm opening my own brokerage and leaving my big name store Keller Williams. I need a logo for my business that can carry through to my online presence, signs, and business cards. Something that will catch the eye and step out of the box, but also be dignified and classy. I also will run my property management business under the same name (and residential property mgmt will be the stronger focus of my business)

• Walters Realty, LLC has to be no less half the size of my name and Walters Property management has to be smaller then the Realty name

Nice to have

• I've used the letter WPM in my Property Management business - Walters Property Management
• Maybe Grayscale and black with a burst of red?
• Could insert a different picture of my headshot but maybe use this one for now. NOT even sure I want it on there so maybe give me a choice without it
