Flyer Design Brief
I need a double sided flyer designed that i will distribute to all the houses in town to try and drum up some business. The message i want to put across is that we offer a more inclusive service than any other agents in the town. We offer a number of services that other agents charge extra for but are included in our standard marketing.
These are things like Floorplans, Proffessionally enhanced Photos, Video Tours, and EPC's. We also have a USP that all of our Vendors get access to the 'VIP' (Vendor Information Portal) where they can get real time updates on the marketing of their We can tailor a service from scratch that suits the client making sure that they get exactly what they want. I will attach some versions of my logo etc.
The final design should communicate experience, professionalism and ability to give a great service. Ideally the final design will be modern and trendy but also timeless! It must also include our office contact details which are
