Banner Ad Design Brief

We need a Website Home page banner or graphic that is engaging and describes what we do with either words or a graphic story- which is Screen Print & Create promotional products. I love the minimalist design style, but I also want the home page to be descriptive and inviting which I feel it is not. Here is a link to our current website www.freshwaterprinting.com Our current tagline is
"Here at Freshwater Press, we take a personal approach to screen-printing. Let us support you in creating a product that leaves a lasting impression."
We are sticking with the Black, White, Grey & Green theme as seen on the website. Attached are some photos that inspire me / I would like to replicate in some way on my own home page.
