Maybe you should not acusing other designers by saying such things it's unprofessional. Second my dear when a CH gives examples of what he likes and wants you follow that direction. This as i see has different lettering and other designs in this contest are quite sinilar to the examples so by your opinion all copied? Third a CH wants a badge style and these colors so.... I think you should realise dear the difference of copying something without been given by a CH and been given by a CH.
By the way the link you posted WAS a request by the CH he gave.

FYI:Just have this in mind..for future knowledge...

1. What I know is when the client put in attachment a image as a direction, all designers can use, can interpret, can make trace, can inspire, rebranding etc...

2. If the client put in attachment an image with specification: to not copy, to not use etc... the designers must to avoid that additional design.

3. If the client put in contest attachment an image from Google/Shutterstock, from any stock images etc, and he want something similar from Google or choose as a winner a logo with an image copied from Google etc... he assume this risk, not us. It's only his business!
