T-shirt Design Brief

I'm wanting a whimsical t-shirt design for our family of our five boston terrier dogs which are all named after fruits: Blueberry, Papaya, Guava, Kiwi and Mango. I'd like all five dogs included in the design and if possible the illustration should reflect what the dogs look like (for example, one of the dogs has a blue eye and a spot on its head, black and white markings are different for each dog, etc.) We refer to the five dogs as the fruit puppies and the word "fruit puppies" should be in the design. open to all colours and fonts
