I need a logo, business card and letterhead designed. I've just started a Property Management business based in Sydney, Australia. My company name is SDP Management and I would love my name to be combined within the logo, not just two separate images. SDP stands for Sydney Developmental Property. The focus on my business is great service, although small right now, I believe it will definitely grow over time. I prefer simplicity and don't mind abstract designs, as long as they aren't too abstract. I would like it to convey a sense of professionalism yet a very 'down to earth company'

Target Market(s)
My service is to all clientele, generally the upper end of the market with investments in property. The age group would be around 35 years old and up. Also the Asian market as well, since I am bilingual in Chinese but the logo doesn't need to reflect that.

Requirements
Must have
- The logo must still be able to look nice if printed in black and white/greyscale.
Nice to have
- I would love to see my company name combined in the logo. If there was any regency to Australian, I would love that. It could be the colour scheme representing the Australian beach or anything along those lines.
Should not have
- The design cannot be specific to one culture, for example, I don't like having chinese characters or cultural specific items in my logo, in that other people cannot understand it.
