Graphic Design Brief

I need a movie poster similar to the type you would see in theaters advertising coming attractions.

I have attached a pix of the actual horse and owner of which the story is based.

Also attached a rough draft of a poster that was created some time ago. This is nice,but I need something that can be printed into a actual poster. The boy dreams of a horse with a crescent shaped freeze brand. The eye represents the boy awakening from the dream. The Indian in the background represent the ghost who helps the boy save the horse from being slaughtered. These sketches are just symbols - feel free to create something dreamy, and misty with a ghost element.

I'm not sure if you can use the actual photo I have attached or you can create something from public domain.
