PowerPoint Design Brief

I need a new Slide Master / Template for PPT presentations. Our company does Cloud Management / Network Management systems that are used to manage devices connected to the internet. Those devices can be things like Wireless Access Points, DSL modems, Cable modems, Gateways, Routers, Switches, and the equipment that is in the internet such as Cisco, Juniper, or Alcatel-Lucent equipment.

What our management system does is connect/communicate with all these different devices to be able to get information from the devices such as throughput performance, wireless coverage, failures conditions, firmware versions, and any other information which is used to manage, control, or troubleshoot those devices for the equipment companies or internet service providers who have provided them to their end customers for internet service.

The new Slide Master / Template for PowerPoint needs to do to the following;
1. be fresh and current in design
2. have a nice looking font that works for both print and presentation on small screens (laptops) as well as big screen (large group presentations)
3. not consume too many MegaBytes when saved as a file. Many email servers have limits on the size of files which can be transferred as an attachment. Most are either 5 or 10 MB limits. I do not want to have to zip the file to get it under such size restrictions.
4. the colors in the "Elitecom" logo are the company colors (the orange and blue), those should be incorporated in some form in the Slide Master / Template.
5. the final design should communicate professionalism with a modern look and feel.
6. once done the attached (old version of presentation) should be transferred over using the new Slide Master / Template and new fonts.
