Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo to suit our Craft Brewery, as the name suggests we are based in the Moreton Bay region in Brisbane Queensland Australia.
As such we would like a logo that represents Moreton Bay, Moreton Island and the surrounds as well as incorporating craft brewing somehow with out being over powering. The Logo would need to be versatile so as it can be used in all aspects of marketing, Banners, Bottles, Cans, Buildings vehicles, clothing and other merchandise etc. we have played around with a few concepts some being based on the actual light house at Cape Moreton on Moreton Island or the old Bay cruiser boats that were well known on the Bay or the Tangalooma wrecks on the Island. I have included some of the images that we have worked on ourselves.
if the light house is used we would like a true representation of the actual light house.
We want some thing reasonably simple as far as colours are concerned and able to be used as dark on light or opposite, the ability to be used as an etching on glass or metal should also be considered.
