Logo Design Brief

We just closed our brick and mortar shop and now only have our coffee/food truck. We don't plan to re-wrap our truck so our "cup" logo needs to stay. But I am looking for someone to convert a picture of our truck into a "cartoon" that I might put on our business cards. I'm thinking the truck would be in just black and white, but the "everyday" and "joe" would be in red? The truck should look sort of comical-- maybe curved a bit and "bouncing" along the road. Since we are a truck only now, and no longer an eatery, we need to have our business cards and marketing material reflect that. Our business name is "Everyday Joe", but we've playfully referred to our truck as The Roamin' Joe (see pic). We also serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches and bakery on our truck in addition to the coffee beverages, smoothies, teas and the like. Thanks in advance!
