Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my coaching business. A health and overall wellness coaching company that serves humans. We improve mobility,strength, and and prioritizes body awareness, lifestyle adapatations, nutrition coaching, and inclusion of everyone from all levels into its Posse of Awesome. We are a community of strength and need a catchy logo.

We are looking for a logo that people will be proud to rock and recognize readily when we are wearing it at the gym or on the Street.

We want there to be some form of "Roots" in our logo like a tree, but with a kettlebell as the rooted centerpiece. Incorporating aspects of themes such as Strength, heart, Roots, brain/cerebral, ninja-esq aspects. Famous Head and heart chain pull painting was our most inspiring idea so far. Show us your take on this!
My mission is to empower people to enjoy their lives more through strength training, high quality nutritional/lifestyles practices, and a community that holds them to a high standard and acknowledges their effort.
My students' goals range from fat loss, return from injury, sport-specific training, and strength training. My curriculums demand development of patience, strength, "mindfulness"/ focus, mobility. We are a positive posse that pushes each other to cultivate and maintain the ability to move like ninjas regardless of our age.
My favorite students are the ones who want to be ninjas and understand the slow consistent path needed for ultimate body ownership and Stength. I want to be the instructor and class director recommended by everyone in their office as the place to get started safely and move really well without pain.
I want to be the person all the medical professionals recommend discharged patients to.

We aim to Enlighten Engage and Challenge community of students. We must all become scientists.

We focus on beautiful movement to create sustainable strength primary with the kettlebell. I would be open to a kettlebell being part of this design but not a necessity. MAYBE have a kettlebell in it. Maybe have a person/figure in it. Maybe have half of the roots as a kettlebell and the tree as a human ying yang style. I like the idea of trees/roots involvment, hands gripping something, etc.
Balance, Upright posture, Rooting feet to ground.Triangles/Wedges, Grip Strength, Breathing. These are our principles. Can't wait to see you bring them to light in an awesome logo!!

Requirements

Must have

• Must create feeling of positivity/openness, a path moving forward. moving forward and strength
• Creating triangles, Balance, Upright posture, Rooting feet to ground.Triangles/Wedges, Grip Strength, Breathing. These are our principles. We want them implicit in the logo

Nice to have

• Kettlebell as part of logo, person with kettlebell in classic positions (Turkish getup or swing, etc.)
• Maybe have the kettlebell being rooted in the ground like a strong vegetable with a person gripping to "pull" it out.
• Maybe have half of the roots as a kettlebell and the tree as part human.
• I like the idea of trees/roots involvment,
• hands gripping kettlebell

Should not have

• No name based logos. We are looking for icon/charactoer design
