Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my consulting company called Pivot Innovation. I provide consulting services to businesses and charities who want to improve and grow their systems, products and processes.

I want 3 variations of the logo. One that just says 'Pivot', one that says 'Pivot Innovation' and one that also includes the tagline "Turn Your Intent Into Impact".

I want the final logo design to communicate the need to be flexible to a rapidly changing landscape while staying centered on one's values/mission.

I would like the logo to be provided in all standard file formats.
