Brochure Design Brief

I need to have a property Brochure with 10-15 pages that will allow me to enter 30-40 photos and content about the home. It needs to be very high end and able to be edited in either word or publisher. I want to be able to use the pages individually when appropriate and then all together for larger homes. I need the template back by early Wednesday morning. Ideally, the brochure will be like a small booklet with a place for photos and content on the front and back of the pages. I need to add my company's logo and my photo to the project along with our office address etc..

Must have

• Graphically appealing. Integrated look between the pages. Several places for me to add photos of different sizes to highlight the homes features. The ability for me to change font, font colors, background colors, etc... Must have a high end, luxury feel. I will be adding descriptions and content about the photos so I need areas to add that information. I want the project to be able to be printed as a booklet for larger homes and to be able to use parts of the brochure for smaller homes as I won't have as many photos. Resolution must be fantastic. Clean lines.

Nice to have

• I am with Keller Williams Realty and our colors our logo is red so many of our publications are in Black and red. Michael Lewis Marketing Suites is a program that has some high end marketing pieces and designs that I like. I prefer the designs in the slate and black colors.

Should not have

• Cartoons graphics, pastel colors, "busy" designs.
