T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for a shirt design with "CNN" in bold, with the words "Fake News Network" below it. We would like to have something close to CNN's actual logo. The shirt color needs to be either black, white, or navy. The final design size MUST BE 12X12. Please use the attached images as a reference for what we are looking for.
