Logo Design Brief

We need an anniversary logo for our sports club (turnverein). Our club is 200 years old in 2019. In our city (Basel, Switzerland) and even the country we are one of the oldest sports club with nearly 500 members from 4-95 years. In our club we offer a wide array of general fitness, gymnastics, cross-fit, athletics and kids sport.

We would like to see an anniversary logo that incorporates our current logo and uses the colors red and black. It needs to emphasize on the rich history and heritage of our club but also needs to be modern, dynamic, pride and have a subtle connection to sports. It needs to be easy understood and clean and simple.
The logo needs to carry "200 Jahre" and "1819-2019". Whereas the emphasis should be clearly on "200".

Our anniversary logo needs to work on printed and digital material as well as on textile such as caps or shirts.
