Logo Design Brief

We need logo, business card, and website designs for a new commercial real estate brokerage company called CapRate Commercial Real Estate Advisors - may be abbreviated to CapRate, CapRate CRE, etc. to fit stylistically.

Our credo is "Smart. Bold. Brokerage." and we want the logo and collateral designs to represent that with presence yet minimalistic.

We primarily serve private capital clients - think doctors, attorneys, entrepreneurs, etc. - so the logo should instill confidence that we are the most qualified advisor for their commercial real estate investments.

We would like to see designs that use a dark blue and some accent color choices.
